Create a campaign
Open Settings, create a campaign, and define the market, target role, lead goal, and sending limits.
This guide shows the exact order to follow in the menu, what each section is for, and what you need to do before moving to the next step.
Open Settings, create a campaign, and define the market, target role, lead goal, and sending limits.
Use Add or Import Leads to add contacts manually, import CSV/XLSX, or discover leads from a provider.
Stay in Add or Import Leads and review pending leads. Only approved leads can move into email generation.
Add PDFs, images, and a short summary in Campaign Materials so the generated emails have better context.
Use Outreach Emails to generate drafts, review them, approve the good ones, and queue them for sending.
Open Launch Campaign, confirm there are no blockers, and send the queued emails.
Use Monitor Replies to review inbound messages and Tasks to complete the follow-up work.
Use Campaign Exports when you need the workbook, CSV exports, or an activity record for sharing.
Emails are not sent immediately after generation. A human must review, approve, and queue them first.
Uploaded materials improve the drafts, but they are not attached to outbound or reply emails automatically.
Monitor Replies is for reading inbound messages. Tasks is where you complete the actual follow-up work.
If you are unsure where to go next, open Overview and follow the recommended next step shown at the top.
